To get back into lettering and explore a unique visual style, I joined the Lettering Style Secrets course and took part in the accompanying Instagram challenge.
The goal: Understand what e.g. styles, themes, colors Iām drawn to, what exactly I like about them and create lettering every day for 31 days based on what I learned.
The theme: Drop caps inspired by video games. I wanted my letters to feel dimensional, glowy and soft while the background is more subtle.
