Hi there !👋 These terms are here to explain how buying digital products from me works, what you can (and can’t) do with them, and what to expect when you shop on ribbitknight.com.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. I’ve kept everything as clear and simple as possible – if you have any questions, feel free to contact me. 📮

Please note that purchases of my products on other platforms such as Etsy or Gumroad are subject to their policies. If you have any questions or issues after purchasing from these stores, please contact me on the respective platform.

What You’re Buying

All my products are digital downloads – things like Procreate brushes, interactive PDFs, and more. They come in a ZIP archive or individual file, and you’ll get access to download it right after your payment goes through.

Nothing physical will be shipped. Just creative tools, straight to your inbox. 📧

How You Can Use the Products

When you buy one of my products, you’re getting a single-user license which means:

✅ You can:

• Use the files on your own devices → If YOU have multiple devices, you can use the product(s) on all of them
• For creative resources (e.g. brushes, patterns, and textures) that means, you can
  • Create your own art – for fun or even to sell your creations (like prints, illustrations, etc.)
  • Modify the brushes for your own personal use

❌ You can’t:

• Share, gift, or resell the brushes or files you purchased for yourself to anyone else (even if you edit them)
• Upload them to websites or marketplaces to provide them to others
• Use them in teams, companies, or commercial software without my OK
• Use them in hate-related, racist, or discriminatory projects

In short: One purchase = one person using it. If you’re not sure about something, just ask! I’m happy to help.

No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Because digital products can’t be “returned,” I don’t offer refunds once the download starts. You’ll need to confirm at checkout that:

“I agree to start the download right away and give up my right to cancel the purchase.”

But if you’re having trouble installing the files or something doesn’t seem to work, please reach out – I’m here to help if I can.

🖼️ Also, please take a moment to check the product images before you buy – you can see all included e.g. brushes and color palettes there. That way you’ll know exactly what’s in the pack, and whether it fits your creative needs.

Required Soft- and Hardware

Products such as Procreate files are often compatible with earlier/later software versions or interactive PDFs can be used in different applications. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that this is the case for all products.

Therefore, please check in the “Additional information” tab in or for which software (version) the corresponding product(s) were created and what files you get. 📂

Will these resources make my art amazing?

I wish! But no – creative tools are just that: tools. My resources are made to help you create more easily, but they’re not a shortcut to instant greatness. Any skill takes practice and experimentation but the magic comes from your own creativity ✨

Again, please check the product images before you make a purchase. Images of e.g. Procreate Brushes were only created with the product’s brushes, unless noted in the description.

Product Updates

From time to time, I may update a product (like fixing bugs or adding something new). If you’ve already bought it, you’ll get the updated version for free.

I won’t automatically send emails about updates, but you can always check the Changelog on the product page to see what’s new and compare it to your current version. Occasionally, I’ll send out a general newsletters for major updated, so feel free to sign up to stay in the loop.
